Therapeutic Weaving

Weaving is a wonderful, therapeutic and mediative activity that can help with anxiety, stress, grief and loss. By slowing down in life, taking time for self-care, while doing something creative with your hands focusing on material, colour, pattern, one thread at a time. Weaving helps me become more grateful towards myself as well as others.
