Therapeutic Benefits of Tie Dye
Tie Dying, now that brings back some memories. Sitting on the floor in the laundry, with a piece of cloth, some rubber bands, and MARBLES..... Yup, we used to use marbles in some of the tied off bits to create a different effect. Then taking the cloth and sticking it into the great big cooking pot that Mum had boiling on the stove.
The great trick was to retrieve the item out of the boiling pot, without dripping the dye solution on the lino floor as it was carried over to the sink.
