“I have been exploring themes of Transference vs. Countertransference, Compassion Fatigue and Burnout in Supervision.
Rae used an Analogy with a Cave which inspired this art piece. A Minifig is inviting me into their Cave (perhaps unknowingly) but I am also inviting them out.
I can still offer everything I have to offer and not enter into their Cave. I am actually much better equipped to assist them with their journey from out here.”
