Dance/Movement therapist Rina Kornblum developed The 4 Bs. The 4 Bs stands for brake, breath, brain, and body. This technique is used specifically for self-settling and grounding. This technique may be used when one is emotionally dysregulated or simply in need of a calming exercise. It is a way for the body and mind to reset as it is a great self regulating process.
