Shōga’s Purr

Shōga has been loving the pets in the studio. Did you know that when you pet your cat, it creates a nice cycle that helps you feel less stressed? As you pat them, they purr, which is soothing and reduces stress for both of you. In fact, a cat’s purr can help improve feelings of both depression and anxiety.
