ALTERNATIVES TO SELF HARMING:


Snap an elastic band on your wrists or ankles


Draw with a marker on areas you want to cut


Hold ice cubes or place ice packs on your body


Try writing about how you are feeling


Try the floating arm doorway trick


Splash cold water on your face and neck


Bandage the area you feel like hurting


Try crying as much as you need too


Try using wax or wax strip products


Paint, draw or colour something in
