“I came back to work on an artwork, that I started last session, to feel an overwhelming an urge to destroy it. Rae suggested it could be cathartic to rip it up and after this they asked if I wanted to make anything out of the pieces. I created this tree as a symbol of new beginnings and the growth that I experienced through this process.”
