NAIDOC WEEK

Together, let’s respect and preserve Indigenous heritage and narratives.

I acknowledge the traditional owners of the Wurundjeri land, where I am today.

The illustration in this design was created by @mardijbalina, also known as Zoe Fitzpatrick. She embodies her Yanyuwa and Garrawa heritage from Borroloola and Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. Raised amidst the beauty of nature, she spent her childhood camping, hunting, fishing, and participating in cultural ceremonies.

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land where I live and work, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. I acknowledge that this land was never ceded and always was, always will be Aboriginal land. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

I celebrate, value and include people of all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, cultures, age groups, spiritual beliefs, physical abilities and disabilities.
