“I like to make collages inspired by how tarot/oracle cards can be read differently when upright or upside down. This collage was inspired by someone who is special to me.
I once asked him for wisdom and he said “only thing i can think of is some teachings by Tenzin Palmo Jetsunma about love and attachment.
essentially attachment is saying “i love you so much so im never going to let go of you”, but love says “i love you so much, i want you to grow as a person, to nurture you and that if the time comes, i can let you go. because i love you” attachment causes pain, it says that “i want you by my side because you make me happy” and eventually if that person leaves, then you will ache a lot. the more we grasp, the more we are afraid to lose, and if we do lose, then we suffer””
