Be In The Moment

Writer's picture: Rae Sabine Rae Sabine

“What does being in the moment mean to me?

Being in the moment means letting go of any stresses or worries you may have and putting all of your attention and energy into people and things that bring you happiness and joy. When you are in the moment, you are allowing yourself to fully experience happiness. In return being in the moment fills your life with peace and positivity that uplifts your soul.

I would like to invite everyone who is reading this to be in the moment of what brings you happiness and joy. It will bring you a sense of peace and contentment. You will experience full joy.”

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land where I live and work, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. I acknowledge that this land was never ceded and always was, always will be Aboriginal land. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

I celebrate, value and include people of all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, cultures, age groups, spiritual beliefs, physical abilities and disabilities.
