This is the “A Day in the Life” series by the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), which provides readers with a glimpse into the daily lives of PACFA’s registered therapeutic practitioners. I consider myself fortunate to have been selected as the first member of the College of Creative and Experiential Therapies (C.CET) to take part in this series and represent the field of creative and experiential therapies.
