SUPERVISION
Individual Supervision is a must for all Registered Allied Health Professionals. Depending on the organisation you are a practicing member of, Supervision requirements range typically from 10-20 client contact hours to 1 hour of Supervision.
Supervision is an ongoing process of support to monitor, develop and refine your skills. It is an opportunity to gain deeper awareness of how we practice, the people we work with and explore ways to grow your private practice alignment with your values.
As a supervisor I offer strong knowledge and experience in supporting Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ people. I can support you to create a more affirming and inclusive practice, especially when working with trans, non-binary and gender diverse folks. I also provide supervision for professionals with lived experiences in these areas.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual Therapy sessions range from working to solve current problems, to improving thinking patterns and behaviour. Assisting you with valuable tools to cope with life’s many obstacles and working with you to find beneficial and inspirational ways to move forward. The person-centred approach focuses on finding your own answers. Get in touch today to book an appointment.
GROUP THERAPY
Group Therapy sessions range from assisting people to develop the strategies to cope with complex and challenging circumstances to facilitating group bonding.
These sessions are tailored for the group’s needs in different environments such as online, workplaces and social group settings. Connect to discuss the particular needs of your group.

TESTIMONIALS
"I highly recommend Rae as I have found working with them over the last 2 years very helpful. I find their patience and guidance the most valuable therapy I have ever experienced. They often pick up on my feelings before I do and help me with expressing them through art and conversation."
